Realizing that we intentionally engage in undesirable behaviors can be a harsh truth to face. However, we gain the awareness necessary to transform our lives for the better through understanding the reasons behind our actions.

Confronting our inner demons requires immense courage. The longer we resort to avoidance behaviors, the more overwhelming the reckoning will be when it inevitably arrives.

It’s never too late to change, and your story may empower and inspire transformation in others. When will you begin this journey?

Proud father. by @averyjay__

It’s hard to believe my DUI was almost 11 years. It’s hard to look at these pictures sometimes and remember where my head was at. I couldn’t break free from my drug addiction, toxic lifestyle, and the desperate desire to just die.

So much has happened since then. It has been a very difficult but worth while journey to get where I am today. And I am grateful to help others now that I can see that same look in their eyes. Life is hard, find the few people that support you and take the steps you need to love life again. It’s possible.
