My family reminded me today of one of the best nights ever getting to perform with my class. It was all the more special with them being in the front row. On top of it falling on my birthday. I’ll always remember how much joy was in the room that night. Thank you @coreywachala for throwing down on the keys and being our MD.

And of course, thank you so much @wickedschwartz for gifting us this story…💚

One of my favorite songs stopped by and wouldn’t let me go tonight. The best kind of nightcap to a very long, draining day. Acapella, no makeup or filter (besides the sparkles which I just found for the 1st time ever today, no cap I wish it was lol) it’s just me. Perfectly imperfect with bags, dark circles, smile lines, pimples, acne scars, my durag and a timeless melody…🎶

IM TIRED by @labrinth & @zendaya - (Cover)

This song has never left me since it’s release and I’m so grateful that it was gifted to the world. Lord, I promise to continue to fight. As long as I do my best, I know you’ll take care of the rest. To anyone going through a loud or quiet storm, keep trying. And never stop looking up. The world is not done with you…🙏🏾

A day that I will never forget. A day full of laughs and tears of immense joy and pride. A day of gratefulness. A day that reminded me that my blackness is a gift. A day that I’ll never forget. And today is the day that the world will witness you live out your dreams. I love you more than words can say @austinsmithsolo and you will always blow me away...❤️✨
