אחת לכמה זמן אנחנו נפגשים ל־⁦Sound & Flow⁩.

תודה לכל מי שהיה חלק מהערב הזה ול־⁦DJ Chello⁩ על סט מעולה 🤍 taken in Aviad Yoga by @aviadyoga

Having trouble falling asleep? Before bed, take a few minutes to release some of the tension you’ve been carrying all day. Dim the lights, grab a pillow if you need one, and move slowly. 🌙

Start sitting on your heels with your fingers interlaced behind your head. Gently open and close your elbows, lifting your chest and rounding your upper back. Rise onto your knees, then round forward onto all fours for a slow Cat–Cow. Optionally, ease into Puppy Pose. Keep the movements gentle and avoid pulling on your neck.

Start in Child’s Pose and slowly round your spine forward into Rabbit Pose. This is an advanced variation, so avoid putting weight on your head or neck. For a gentler option, stay in Child’s Pose with your forehead comfortably supported.

Sit comfortably cross-legged and gently fold forward. Rest your head on your forearms or a pillow, allowing your back and shoulders to relax. Stay here and breathe slowly, without forcing the stretch.

Lie on your back, hug your knees into your chest and gently rock side to side. Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall open. Rest your hands on your lower belly. Breathe slowly and deeply, feeling your body expand with each inhale and soften with a long, gentle exhale. taken in Aviad Yoga by @aviadyoga

The journey is way more interesting than the peak pose. You’ll get there when you’re ready.
And when you do, after building the foundations, getting to know your body and learning how to work with yourself in the practice, it won’t feel like something you need to conquer. It’ll come from everything you built along the way.

היא תגיע מתוך כל מה שבניתם בדרך. taken in Aviad Yoga by @aviadyoga

I love a practice that makes me feel good. But that’s not really why I keep coming back to yoga.

What keeps me interested is what happens when the practice brings up the things I’d usually rather avoid. Frustration. Restlessness. Fear. The need to get it right.

Those moments tell me a lot. They show me where I tighten, where I rush, where I check out, where I try to control the experience.

Yoga talks about freedom from suffering, and for me that starts with being willing to actually see what’s there.

Sometimes the way through is to stay close enough to the discomfort to understand it, instead of immediately trying to get rid of it.

That’s where the practice becomes much bigger than the pose. taken in Aviad Yoga by @aviadyoga

Sexual desire isn’t just physical. Stress, body awareness and how connected we feel to ourselves all play a part.

This short practice combines movement, activation, opening and breath to help release tension, build awareness and reconnect with the body.

Move slowly, stay with your breath and spend around 5 to 8 breaths in each pose. In the gentler poses, stay a little longer if it feels good.

Cat-Cow | Marjaryasana Bitilasana
Move slowly through the pelvis and spine with the breath.

Pelvic Circles → Puppy Pose → optional Dolphin Pose
Explore movement through the pelvis and hips, then open through the chest and shoulders in Puppy Pose. If it feels right, progress to Dolphin for more strength and activation.

Half Bridge Pose | Ardha Setu Bandhasana
Activate the legs, glutes and pelvis while opening the front of the body.

Happy Baby → Reclined Bound Angle
Move through the hips and pelvis, then let the body soften into stillness.

Full Yogic Breath
Stay for 2 to 3 minutes, breathing slowly into the belly, ribs and chest.

Notice what feels good, where you hold tension and what your body is asking for.

Stay connected to your body and allow yourself to feel what comes up. taken in Aviad Yoga by @aviadyoga
