First day of middle school. I have a 6th grader now. I shed tears at the end of 5th grade year because I couldn’t believe my baby was leaving elementary school. I’m sure you can tell he wasn’t happy about going back to school however I’m sending him all the blessings, prayers and strength he needs to survive this school year. 🎉 ❤️ I am blessed enough to say my baby girl is 21 years old. Like wow I have a 21 year old. I can’t believe it! I am so thankful for my baby girl. @irrelevant_mario is officially a college student. Computer Science major. On move in day we meet three amazing young men who helped us move his stuff in. One was a senior with his major being in computer science as well. Mario made a major connection that day with that man. Today I let Rylin walk all the way home from school by himself (school is literally up the street) and his big sister Myiesha Jackson felt some type of way. 😂 She said “you let him walk home by himself” me “yes, I need to stop babying him and let him grow up” her “no, he is still my baby” by @avianceb_

He said “can I wear my hair in a fro?” I said “you sure can”. First day 5th grade. He chose his own outfit and hairstyle 🥹. He is growing up too fast. I pray 5th grade year is good to my baby. Mario’s college orientation was so much fun. I’m such a proud mother. I was in the school store getting my proud mama gear. I’m so excited for my son to enter this next chapter in his life called adulthood.
