The creative force that brought all of this together... This Thursday's "Up-Shift" dance party would not have happened without @aviloud 🎶💜🎶

Our BWB founder / director Aaron Walker-Loud is extatic to rock in L.A. for the first time ever, With His Own Brother, paired with two ferocious deejays Avi built into the party: 99% Angel and Eddie Jr. 🔥🔥

Since 2008 Avi has been such a vital player in BWB's growth, through photography, video, graphic design, film, music production, deejaying and so much more.... We are incredibly honored to partner with him in this exciting new adventure just a few miles down the West Coast!!!

---

Avi Loud is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in Seattle. Exposure to dance music at an early age by way of breakdancing heavily influenced his interests in pursuing music in the future. Since he began deejaying in 2015, Avi has been adamant about spotlighting underground music and connecting styles with a sonic throughline that keeps the relationship between sound and movement at the forefront. Since moving to LA during the pandemic, he has independently produced several EPs and two full-length albums, with notable releases with the Juke Bounce Werk, Alpha Pup, Salon Recordings, Gyration Station & Soul Swap labels. Avi has recorded mixes for Rinse FM, The Lot Radio, Dublab, NTS & Worldwide FM. More recently, he started his own monthly show Heck World Radio on LA’s local station KChung Radio, broadcasting monthly from downtown LA.

We’re almost 1 week away from ‘Up-Shift’ at @golddiggersla !! It feels like a big full-circle moment for @eddiejunior.jpeg to be on board with us and I can’t wait to hear what he’s got cookin up!

Eddie is a record producer, music supervisor, sound designer, and DJ known for his genre-blending sets and acclaimed remix work for artists including Beyoncé, Frank Ocean, and Miguel. For the past eight years, he’s hosted Mixed Fruit on London’s NTS Radio, where his wide-ranging taste—spanning indie, funk, deep disco, latin, new wave, and ’90s R&B/hip-hop has cultivated a loyal global audience. He also maintains regular Los Angeles residencies at Ace Hotel Palm Springs, Zizou, La Peer Hotel and the revered vinyl-only bar Gold Line. He is also a core member of Record Club, a monthly deep-listening series centered on full albums and HiFi sound, with a bi-monthly residency at Public Records in New York City.
