TWO BODIES. TWO STORIES. SAME STILLNESS AT THE END.

Today I had the honour of holding space for two hands-on Reiki sessions.

Same practitioner. Same hands. Two completely different experiences.

With the first, I felt it before I could name it — chest tight, breath shallow, heat radiating up through the throat, heart, solar plexus. Her body was speaking. Loudly.

With the second, everything was quieter. Softer. Less to move, less to release.

And yet — both left feeling calm. Grounded. More like themselves.

This is what I love about this work.

I’m not deciding what someone needs. I’m not fixing anything. I’m simply creating the safety for the body to show me — and then let go of — whatever it’s been carrying.

Some days that’s a storm. Some days it’s a whisper. Both are exactly right.

If your body’s been asking for a moment to just be heard, I’d love to support you. 🤍
