In what will be the final closing of 2023 for @awalkerco we couldn’t be more proud of our team for staying the course to get an immensely challenging transaction across the finish line. It's with great pride to announce that A. Walker & Co. has closed on two joint venture equity investments, totaling 713 units and over $190M in project capitalization. These investments will preserve and develop over 360 units of affordable housing in Aurora, IL and East Hollywood, CA. We are proud to Introduce our newest team member - Victoria Gousse - SVP, Investments

Victoria Gousse is a real estate development professional with expertise in overall real-estate portfolio life cycle including site selection, acquisitions, development financing, entitlements, design development, budgeting, contracts and bids negotiations, construction, and property management. She has transacted on over $1 Bn in Real Estate, previously at Fairstead, Jonathan Rose Companies and The Related Companies. She focuses on providing high-quality affordable housing, often utilizing public-private partnerships through acquisition rehab, ground-up development, recapitalizations.
Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Fordham University, a master’s in Real Estate Development from CUNY Baruch College.
