As healthcare providers, supporting families navigating cancer is something we feel deeply passionate about, which made being a proud sponsor of this event even more special.

Ribbons Rising continues to make a real impact by providing financial aid and support to families affected by cancer, and we’re so grateful to support Kristen and the incredible message behind this organization.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a beautiful night filled with strength, community, and purpose 🤍

We're thrilled to announce that First Street has officially acquired 257 Main Street in the heart of the Village of Hempstead, NY! This 1.7-acre property will be developed into a mixed-use project, featuring 246 multifamily rental units along with ground-floor retail space – a transformative addition to the community.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners, Austin Walker, Victoria Gousse and Niels Theodule of A. Walker & Co., for your collaboration on this exciting project. We also extend our sincere gratitude to Elliot Horowitz of H Equities and for your support as the lender.

We'd like to specifically acknowledge the outstanding legal teams who helped us navigate this complex acquisition – Manuel Fernandez of McCarter & English, LLP, Naheem Harries of Akerman LLP and Robert Salame of K & L Gates. Your expertise was invaluable in getting this deal across the finish line.

Stay tuned as we move forward on this exciting journey, and thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way!
