This one hurts. One bugger of a year when all of your major influences go. Venom was, and still is, one of the hardest and nastiest metal bands to walk the earth. I remember the first time I put on Black Metal and was instantly obsessed. Rough, loud, evil, mean, dirty, and absolutely perfect. Go give ‘em hell wherever you end up Cronos, you will be missed. ⚔️ by @awanderingwizard

This was a hard week. What an amazing talent, bright spirit, and incredible musician. I’m absolutely gutted but so sincerely grateful to have her music in my life and in my tender little soul. Love you forever Dolly. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @awanderingwizard

And I thank you. Rest easy ❤️ by @awanderingwizard

My first little trip in a long time after regaining some walking ability. Hopefully I can continue and get myself back together again. It was definitely a challenge but so worth going to Ghost Ranch finally and to see @hermanosgutierrez play again. So many of my favorite drives through the landscapes of my heart are to their music and it’s such a gift to have them in New Mexico. Safe travels and hurry back! by @awanderingwizard

At the end of the day no one showed up and there was no one to say goodbye to except the birds. by @awanderingwizard

Thinking a lot these days about what it means to live your life for art and music. At times it feels like no one knows me or gets me, what’s the meaning of doing it? But when we lose another good one I realize how important it is to make something with this life you’re given, and you never know how appreciated it is. Rest easy Paul. Your era of Maiden was always my favorite and having it as part of my life helps me bear the rough times and exalt the good ones. Up the irons. 🤘🤘🤘 by @awanderingwizard

Posted this on my work page but it’s as personal as it gets, so I guess it goes up here too. ♠️♠️♠️Def not my best photo, but I have no idea how to beat this anymore. It’s been 4 years. 4 years of Prednisone, countless unhelpful and expensive doctors, losing the ability to walk, read, eat, draw, talk, over and over with no answers. The prednisone hardly works anymore and I have no idea how to fix this still in the van alone. Docs are uncaring at best and I’m trying to get to Mayo Clinic and/or afford insurance…I wish I could be my self again but I’d settle for functioning. It’s really hard for me to ask for help but anything would be appreciated. My PayPal/Zelle: amatus8@gmail.com ❤️🙏🌹 by @awanderingwizard

Please remember me gently. My only request is to be played by Sam Elliot in my biopic. ❤️🙏 by @awanderingwizard

K’uunda woha. 🤟Thank you @5eight13. 🙏I’ve wanted this Zia for a long time, it’s the version on the New Mexico road map (they’re hard to find but if you stop by Chimayo there is a lovely lady who will supply you with all of the up to date paper maps). Randy at Rio Bravo knows of it too…it was the official fella since the early 1900’s here with the correct proportions. Grateful to be around and entrapped. Hope I don’t eat dirt too soon, but if I do, I’m glad it’s this dirt. by @awanderingwizard

Let it be known that I will not be going quietly into that good night…especially not with this playlist.. by @awanderingwizard
