Incorporating little ritual practices in daily life can help to bring some structure and grounding to moments that feel chaotic or overwhelming.
Here, that includes honoring the land, the garden where our food grows, the community that gathers around the fire pit or the sound bowls, the horses that guide sessions, and our simple breath.

@awaymalibu, you are a gem. One we can’t wait to return to.

Thirteen acres tucked away in the Malibu canyons, where life seems to find a different rhythm.

Mornings began with little feet running to the chicken coop to gather warm eggs for breakfast - the quiet pride of cracking an egg they had collected themselves somehow becoming one of my favorite memories. Days were spent discovering crystals in the earth, playing endless games of soccer in the field, wandering among the horses, and escaping to the wild beaches just down the canyon.

Sunrise walks. Bare feet. Fresh eggs. Horses at dusk. Dinner together. Children running free until the last bit of light disappeared behind the canyon 🤍 by @awaymalibu

A day dedicated to the fathers.

“A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.”

To all those of us blessed to have Dr. Phabby in our orbit- she is a legend. A unicorn in the western medical field in that yes she is sharp and intelligent. She is also intuitive and takes time to truly see and hear people. Not all pregnant women are treated the same and given the same protocol under her care. And she takes time with the partners!
Dr Phabby created and organized the most beautiful day for the fathers.
And what an honor to hear these men open up and share about their experience of fatherhood, how their fathers and upbringings influenced them, the journey that you get catapulted into by becoming a father. Let’s hear it for the people who show up early with a smile on their face. The same people who stay late offering their time, energy, and service. Setting up, holding space, tending to details, and then helping to break everything down all in one day!
Gratitude for all who gather in this space and make it come alive with community and harmony. Your presence, care, willingness to contribute are what transforms an event into a truly memorable and special experience.

Celebrating and honoring the devotion of mothers at @lei__love’s retreat.
And I have been lucky enough to personally experience Aleiela’s devotion to other mothers. Her hands and presence are so healing.
Such sacred space to be able to gather, support, and uplift one another.
This day was filled with gentle movement, nourishing food, ear seeds that quickly brought calm to the body, palo santo bundles to craft alongside sisters, spirit baby readings connecting to other realms, fascia release, embodiment, all while allowing space to reflect and simply be with nature. taken in Malibu, California by @awaymalibu

ONE DAY MOTHERS RETREAT

May 16th

I haven’t been able to sleep as I am so excited for this day!!!!!!!

Join me and other amazing practitioners as we devote this day to the Mothers.

I’ll be offering fascia massage release near beautiful horses. I have also invited some of my favorite people to guide us in movement, meditation, relaxation, and nourishing food.
