Using your mental health state as an excuse to lash out, say hurtful things, ignore someone’s feelings because you’re in a bad mood, cancel plans without consideration, or manipulate situations to make others feel guilty for not understanding your struggles,
shutting people out without explanation, testing their patience, expecting them to drop everything because you’re having a bad day, or dismissing their feelings when you’re upset, please this isn’t okay!!!

Your struggles are valid, but that doesn’t give you the right to make others carry the weight of your pain.
Don’t mess with their mental health while you’re healing

A must read!
The book speaks facts but not it’s not too sciency.
It’s written in a very accessible way so anyone could enjoy it.
