Still feeling inspired after joining an all‑women panel at the Grace Institute’s “Moving Women Forward” Conference.
We dug into the real and practical ways AI is reshaping the workplace not in theory, but in the day‑to‑day decisions, opportunities, and systems that impact women everywhere.

What made this moment special was the brilliance, honesty, and leadership each woman brought to the conversation. When women lead discussions about innovation and the future of work, the room shifts. The vision expands. The possibilities multiply.

Grateful to stand alongside women who are not just adapting to the future, we’re designing it.

Twenty‑five years ago, West African Health Foundation began with a simple but urgent belief, access to quality healthcare should never depend on where you were born.
This weekend, as we crossed the Brooklyn Bridge together for our 3rd Annual Walkathon, that belief felt more alive than ever.

We walked to raise awareness and support for the hospital being built in Juaben, Ghana, now 90% complete with a special focus on the Eye Institute that will transform vision care for thousands across the region.

To everyone who showed up, thank you!

• To every supporter who has stood with WAHF over the past 25 years
• To every donor who continues to invest in this mission
• To every person who took the time to walk with us on Saturday
• To every partner who believes in a healthier, more equitable future for Ghana

Your steps, your generosity, and your faith in this vision are building something historic.

This is more than a walk, it’s a legacy.

A legacy of service.
A legacy of community.
A legacy of hope that will outlive all of us.

Join us in finishing the work

If you’d like to support the completion of the hospital or contribute to the Eye Institute, you can visit: @w.a.h.f 🖤🤎

A little throwback to the BCIU 70th Anniversary Eisenhower Awards, a night that reminded me why leadership rooted in service still matters.

Walking that red carpet wasn’t about the moment, it was about the mission. For 70 years, BCIU has been doing the quiet, consistent work of bringing people together across cultures, sectors, and borders. That kind of bridge building is the same work I believe in at home, in our communities, and with every person I encounter.

I share this now because progress isn’t always loud or immediate. Sometimes it looks like decades of partnership, small steps that add up, and leaders who choose connection over ego. BCIU has been modeling that for generations, and their momentum today is a reminder that global change and community change are deeply connected.

Here’s to the people doing the work locally and globally and to the next 70 years of building bridges that move us all forward. taken in Cipriani Wall Street by @ayebia

He is Risen and His resurrection keeps reshaping how I lead, how I serve, and how I love.

This Easter, I’m reflecting on Jesus as the ultimate servant leader. The One who knelt to wash the feet of His disciples not because He had to, but because love moves first. That kind of humility has been the blueprint for my own journey.

In every space I’m called to, coaching, community work, nonprofit leadership, ministry I’m reminded that real leadership looks like service. It looks like showing up with compassion, choosing forgiveness, and loving people through their imperfections the same way God loves us through ours.

Jesus died and rose again to save us from our sins, to free us, to forgive us. And because of that sacrifice, I’m learning every day to extend that same grace to others. To lead with a towel in my hand, not a title. To be patient, kind, and willing to serve even when it stretches me.

His resurrection is not just a moment it’s a model.
A reminder that love transforms.
Forgiveness heals.
Service changes lives.

As I continue walking in my purpose, I pray my life reflects the One who gave everything for us.
Happy Easter. He is Risen. ✝️ 🙏🏾👑 by @ayebia

Closing out Women’s History Month with gratitude and fire.
I had the honor of joining the We Love You Foundation for a women’s panel focused on changing the narrative through truth telling, representation, and the courage to own our stories.

What I was reminded of:
When women speak with honesty and lead with heart, we don’t just shift culture….we shift possibility.

When women tell the truth about their journeys, we don’t just make history we make room.

Thank you to some of my women tribe who came to support and lift me. Love you to pieces 💋❤️

Let’s keep showing up for one another across industries, identities, and intersections not just in March, but every single day.
Because the movement continues long after the month ends.

🇬🇭✨ Honored to share a powerful moment with Her Excellency, the First Lady of Ghana Lordina Mahama, during her inspiring visit to New York. Her grace, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to uplifting communities through her nonprofit work The Lordina Foundation in Ghana left a lasting impression.

We spoke deeply about our shared heritage, the strength of our culture, and the importance of service. It was more than a meeting it was a celebration of purpose, unity, and vision.

May her work continue to shine light and hope across generations.

September is Healthy Aging Month, a crucial reminder of the seriousness of blindness and vision loss. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting, speaking with and listening to David S Tatel a US circuit judge for Washington DC and his journey with blindness.
With about 32.2 million blind people in the world, it’s essential to prioritize eye health. Imagine waking up one day and you couldn’t see anything anymore! Let’s spread awareness and support initiatives that help prevent and treat vision impairments. Together, we can make a difference.
