I want to for a minute just re-live one of best 1st experiences. I was asked to fill in as a model for @ayocollectionsus. This was my first time and I’ve never felt just so beautiful.

All the kudos to @edgesbyelicia for this insane and intricate South African Hairstyle and Makeup. One of the best hands in the game out here in Washington. I swear 🫶🏾.

All the gratitude to this impeccable market and fashion show that presents positivity and light from a primarily Muslim, Black and POC, Women and Community Focused Event @threadsofrenewalshow that just really opened me up to a a world I hardly see as fellow woman of color. Thank you @barakahbeautycollective for having me. 🫶🏾

Lastly to all the bad gyals I met, and pro model girlies, and yall know who you are. Let’s do this again 🥹😉 I miss you angels, you made me feel so confident and welcome, model might be my new favorite letters after my name.

There’s just so much content from the events leading up to @threadsofrenewalshow that we wanted to share ✨

I’m loving the excitement around modest fashion here in Washington, and I’m really hoping we can continue growing a fashion and creative community for women here that brings together style, creativity, connection, and community. 🤎
