Lately, I’ve been learning something the hard way:
you don’t always have to rush to become more.

As someone balancing the corporate world and yoga, my mind is always on —
how to grow, how to do better, how to be healthier, wealthier… more everything.

But somewhere in between, I forgot how to just be.

These moments in the mountains of India reminded me —
rest is not laziness.
Rest is healing.
Rest is necessary.

You don’t always have to be in a constant state of becoming.
Sometimes, you just need to pause, breathe, and let your nervous system catch up with your life 🤍

If you’re someone who feels guilty for resting… this is your sign to slow down.

Follow me for more of this — soft reminders, travel, and a little balance between hustle & stillness 🧘‍♀️💕
