Not sure how much hairhanging I have left in me at this point so it was sweet to get some photos thanks to @flyinggglizzy 📸 🤍

The most recent fire jam marked 2 years of me attending @londonfirespinners.
I haven’t been particularly consistent with practicing the last few years but I’ve always had a great time at the jams and it’s always a pleasure to be surrounded by so many talented and kind people.
Can’t wait to see what the next year holds 🔥

Thank you for the great photo @kevjayphotos 📸 by @ayse.aerial

Feeling very grateful & surprised that I’m still be able to hang 6 months into pregnancy 🤍

Nothing to brighten up a day like training with @flyinggglizzy 🌞 (who i definitely would not be able to tie my hair without right now😅)

2025 over & out!!!

A few thoughts from the year :
1. I am incredibly lucky to have someone who will stand in the rain with me. Rich held my hand through everything this year; all of my doctors appointments & all the times I felt like I was losing myself and my progress to my health.
I can’t thank you enough.
2. Some things can’t be rushed. By far the biggest thing to come from this year for me is hairhanging. A discipline that requires patience, presence & trust to a level I hadn’t experienced in other aerial. It truly is a beautiful thing that I still can’t quite believe I get to do. Big shoutout to @flyinggglizzy who has supported me with her experience & encouragement but most importantly friendship. Having someone to complain about the drips with is important😂
3. Sometimes life doesn’t go to plan and that’s okay.
If all you did this year was get through it then that is enough.
As a side note it has been incredible to see so many performers this year, to see my friends moving into their work & see all the amazing things people have achieved this year. Much love to everyone no matter what you accomplished this year 🫶🏻

Hoping for a better year in 2026 but immensely grateful for the people who surrounded me in 2025🫶🏻 by @ayse.aerial

Some new shapes & some old shapes with @flyinggglizzy 🤍
Tryna make a comeback after a 3 month hiatus (special thanks to my body for forgetting how to function)
Thank you @willow.circus for filming the first clip! it is much better than the 2nd clip (self recorded) that looks like it was filmed on a potato 😂
