🌀Before the goal, there’s the process; before the performance, the practice; before the external cue, the internal voice -

💆‍♀️I’ve been thinking about hair as a path to the individuation journey- the practice of hair suspension as an activity that becomes more and more popular as if it was a resistance to the speed of these times, or a tool to be able to handle them.

🌟💫Hair, holding your unique ancestry & dna, growing imperceptible, revealing its & your strength through daily observation of its internal and external state, being trusted to hold us. To keep our heads up.

✨Not every hair suspension artist belongs in a circus tent & not everyone that tries it continues it. It is not necessarily something we stick to consistently. But it does initiate us on a journey of alignment. Hair suspension asks what do you want to suffer for, how and what do you need to nurture yourself, to hold space for grief while writing a new story, how do you move through intensity, how do you stay, how do you trust- Hair suspension shakes up waters, if you are able to observe and pay attention after each session, there is always something showing up externally for you to notice.

The way is out of the head and into the body 🌱

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥This workshop is the only one in London this year - & the first one with a bigger focus on breathwork, as well as the chance to share with people on other levels of experience- book your spot! 8 & 9th of July with @felipecircus at @aircraftcircus
