🛬 New Arrivals from Azimut 🛬

Assís Suriol’s family have farmed the same masia in Alt Penedès since the 1600s, surviving phylloxera in 1890 and first bottling their own wine in the 1940s. They gave up synthetic chemicals entirely in the 1990s, earned organic certification in 1996, and have since introduced biodynamic practices across the estate’s 30 hectares of clay-limestone vineyard. Azimut is their everyday, easy-drinking range, made from the family’s own fruit alongside organic grapes bought from neighbouring growers, giving those farms a reliable market and a reason to convert. Everything ferments wild and rests in underground concrete tanks.

🥂 CAVA BRUT NATURE 2023

Macabeo, Xarel·lo & Parellada. Traditional method, aged a minimum of 9 months on lees in bottle, disgorged to order. Zero dosage.

💛 BLANC 2025

Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Garnatxa Blanca & Moscatel. From the family’s own and neighbouring certified organic vineyards on clay-limestone soil. Destemmed, 5 days on skins, then aged 3 months in underground concrete. Unfined, unfiltered, light sulphur at bottling.

🧡 BRISAT 2025

Parellada, Sumoll Blanc, Garnatxa Blanca & Moscatel. Same process as the Blanc, 5 days on skins then 3 months in underground concrete, giving the wine its colour and grip. Unfined, unfiltered, light sulphur at bottling.

❤️ NEGRE 2020

Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Garnatxa, Monastrell, Syrah & Samsó. Fermented in stainless steel, 20 days on skins, then aged 8 to 15 months in underground concrete tanks with regular bâtonnage. Unfined, lightly filtered before bottling.
