Avui el xèrif de Bonastre ens ha portat quatre raïms de xarel·lo vermell, coneixeu aquesta varietat tan divertida i colorejada? Aquests dies de verema no s'acaben mai i van creant moments d'aprenentatge sense anar a l'escola.

🍊 Azimut Brisat Penedès (2025)

A skin-contact (aka orange) wine made mostly from Parellada, with Xarel·lo, Moscatell, and Sumoll Blanc (grapes native to Catalonia in northeastern Spain). They’re grown in the cooler hills of Penedès, just outside Barcelona, which helps keep the wine fresh, bright, and super vibrant.

What tf is skin contact?

Normally, white wines are made without the grape skins. This one hangs out with them during fermentation, giving it its orange color, a little extra texture, and some gentle tannins.

It’s also unfined and unfiltered, so if you see a little sediment in your glass, don’t panic. It’s totally normal (and totally part of the charm).

What I tasted: 🍏 green apple, 🍑 white peach, and a little apricot.

Would drink with: warm baked brie on a summer night. 🧀☀️
