day 1 of my ISSA personal training certification. I’m officially making it real!!

not gonna lie, there’s something surreal about signing up to become the exact kind of person who changed my life 3+ years ago. the goal doesn’t stop at the transformation.. it’s honestly about turning the lessons into something that helps other people rewrite their own story- that’s always been the goal.
