Getting back into jumping. Usually my main/favorite workout; haven’t been consistent with it in over 6 months. Great weather; time to get some bounce back! taken in California by @b.donohue91

Happy National Dog Day!

I’ve worked a lot of jobs in my life. From restaurants, to landscaping, to college basketball, and plenty of others in between. But I always wanted to work with dogs. This job has brought me the highest of highs, along with the lowest of lows. From seeing your favorite dog finally get adopted; to holding a dog you’ve built a special bond with as they get put down. Caring for dogs that have been shot, stabbed, beat, emaciated, fought; to the shy and frightened ones that finally open up to you and let you in.

All of this said; I wouldn’t trade it if I could. I’ve been able to pour love into more dogs the last year than the rest of my life combined. I guess the main reason I’m rambling is I truly believe we’re all called or drawn to helping a certain demographic that is uniquely and individually special to each of us. For me that was coaching, and now this. I hope all of you are able to experience that at some point in your life. Maybe its a career change; maybe it’s through some type of volunteering opportunities 🤍 by @b.donohue91

Ben and I cannot even begin to describe how perfect our wedding weekend was. We felt so loved and so incredibly lucky that we were surrounded by so many people who truly care for us and our lives together as husband and wife. We want to sincerely thank everyone who traveled from near and far to help us celebrate. And to our wedding party, you guys are the real MVPs!!!

Our entire wedding got to hear first hand how much Ben and I have grown over the years because we had the bright idea to get @autumnismoreboring ordained!! The ceremony was perfect because of all your hard work, preparation, and practice! THANK YOUUUUU!!!!

To our parents, we know how to build the foundation for our lives together because we have you as our examples. This weekend could not have been so magical without all your love and support. We love you!!! 🥹

And to our dream team wedding coordinators and vendors, you all were amazing. THANK YOU!!!

There were many times over the last 2 years when @maineventmuaythai was my therapy and got me through the day. Forever grateful to these guys for introducing me to Muay Thai. I’m still not any good but better than I was when I started! taken in Sacramento, California by @b.donohue91
