🔥 Trainer Jump Challenge 🔥

We lined up our trainers to see who’s got the most bounce. Vertical jump can be a strong indicator of lower body power and overall explosiveness, which is why it’s something we focus on improving with our athletes.

Who do you think took the top spot? 👀

Coach Ben had the group repping through multiple agility ladder variations, to sharpen rhythm, coordination, and fast-twitch responsiveness. 🧠⚡️

It’s about minimizing ground contact and training the nervous system to fire faster, so athletes can move with more control, speed, and intent.

From there, they hit med ball throws into the wall for explosive core engagement and upper-body power. These help connect force from the ground up, developing athletes who can move with real intent.

••I would like to welcome Ben Donohue to the Infinite Performance Staff. Ben holds a BS and Masters of Science in Sports Management along with NSCA CSCS certification.

Ben is a great addition to our staff due to his background in basketball as both a coach and performance trainer. He has held the position of Assistance Director of Performance at the University of Tulsa, North Alabama and both Assistant Coach of the Men’s Program and Director of Performance at Texas A&M-Texarkana.
