วิ่งครบสามเกาะฮ่องกง SOLO แต่ไม่โลโซ
รอบนี้เอาของอาหารการกินมาเหมือนเดินป่า
.
สนามนี้ต้องบอกว่าสมัครหลังจากมาลอง HK100 ที่มาเพราะว่าชอบมากยิ่งเฉพาะฝั่ง Lantau สวยมากๆ เลยถือโอกาศมาลอง 100 ไมล์ครั้งแรกที่นี่ และ ก็ตอนนั้นได้เจอพี่ซึง Sawangjit Seung Saengow จากทีม CORE Nutrition ประจวบตอนช่วงที่ผมมาที่นี่หาสปอเซอร์ไปแข่งดำน้ำ AIDA International Freedive World Championship ที่ Cyprus พอดี นับว่าโชคดีมากๆสำหรับตัวผมเลย ขอบคุณพี่ซึง และ พี่วี Pwe Klangpapun มากครับ ❤️❤️ เต็มที่ครับลุยๆ

For the first time ever, felt very slightly hypoxic in full lung in STA, I usually do RV 3:2-3:30 with load of hypoxic, I think I still have 30s - 1 minute more reserve by @b0ss_1669

เป็นคนที่เกลียด STA พอๆ กับ DNF, CNF
เพราะพัฒนายากมากกก โดยเฉพาะ nofin
แต่ถามกลับว่าซ้อมไหม 😆😅🤣🥹🤪

นี่ถือว่าพัฒนามามากๆๆ แล้วตั้งแต่เรียน W2 ที่ DNF 25m
ใช้ไป 15 strokes ได้มั้ง กางปีกสุด ก้นกระดกมาก ขาคือ?

คิดว่าหลายคนไม่ชอบ skill นี้แต่อยากฝึก เพราะ

My post-dive self-review:
🐥Posture: Honestly not bad! At least it’s way better than.
ครูบอกยังเป็นท่าพระเยซู 😆 ก่อนหน้าเป็นนก
🧘🏽Streamline: Gotta make the body shape sleeker.
🦿Freefall legs: Still acting a bit weird, need to straighten them out!

Hit 44m lastdive! 🌊 #FIM Free Immersion
(Honestly couldn‘t go deeper because I literally hit the bottom 🤣)
Quick review notes for myself for next time:

🦵 Streamline my legs better during freefall. (keep closer)
🤔Tuck my chin down slightly to make equalizing easier.
👍🏻Make the hand-over-hand pull on the way up smoother and faster.

Vootipong “Boss” Limpanitivat — Overall Male Champion

One more go. 146 metres. A Thai national record.

After a difficult start to the competition, Vootipong “Boss” Limpanitivat stayed the course in no fins, passed his 135 m personal best and surfaced with 146 m — a Thai national record.

His 5:00 static and 146 m no-fins dive made 339.8 points: the overall men’s title.

And his secret to losing 30 kg? “Eat less, save more money.”
