NO WARM-UP. NEW PB. 🫧🔥

6:20 minutes of static apnea.

No warm-up today. Just got in the water, stayed calm, and somehow hit a new PB. 🤿 Thank you buddy @b0ss_1669 @freediverjourney #freedive #staticapnea

Hit 31m CNF 🤿
My post-dive self-review:
🐥Posture: Honestly not bad! At least it’s way better than.
🧘🏽Streamline: Gotta make the body shape sleeker.
🦿Freefall legs: Still acting a bit weird, need to straighten them out!

Hit 44m lastdive! 🌊 #FIM Free Immersion
(Honestly couldn‘t go deeper because I literally hit the bottom 🤣)
Quick review notes for myself for next time:

🦵 Streamline my legs better during freefall. (keep closer)
🤔Tuck my chin down slightly to make equalizing easier.
👍🏻Make the hand-over-hand pull on the way up smoother and faster.

Every dive is a lesson. ❤️‍🔥 #journeyfreediving

Vootipong “Boss” Limpanitivat — Overall Male Champion

One more go. 146 metres. A Thai national record.

After a difficult start to the competition, Vootipong “Boss” Limpanitivat stayed the course in no fins, passed his 135 m personal best and surfaced with 146 m — a Thai national record.

His 5:00 static and 146 m no-fins dive made 339.8 points: the overall men’s title.

And his secret to losing 30 kg? “Eat less, save more money.”

Thank you to Prussian Blue, our Gold sponsor, for the carbon long fins now being made to fit Boss — and Tracy, our overall female champion.

Congratulations, Boss🏆

When your Thai respect level is at 300% 🇹🇭🙏🏻
In this case… I was practicing a rescue technique and accidentally squeezed my instructor’s face. 💀
So yeah… immediate apology ceremony with Thai traditional dance. 🙏🏻😂
