Excerpts from the world premiere of installment two of my work “Impermanence” for solo piano. The 50 minute journey was one of my most vulnerable performances to date. Gratitude and love to @theworldstage for opening their space to it. To those that attended or watched the livestream, thank you from the depths. It meant the world 🙏🏾 taken in Los Angeles, California by @b_theory

A day late… but, still here. One more revolution ‘round the sun. Despite the grit and challenges, I’m deeply grateful - to be here and for the things, people and moments that have brought joy to my heart. You inspire me to keep walking in love. Thank you for you. - B by @b_theory

Carnegie Hall… so many layers. No words can capture the depth of how special this was. Especially grateful to @ajamonet for holding and creating space for me to open with a solo dedication to my mother and late brother @groveydean. Truly a full circle moment in many ways and a pleasure to help touch hearts through a multitude of beautiful messages. Gratitude. by @b_theory

My debut album “Intrinsic Episodes” is now 3 years old. What started as a private journal expanded into much more than I intended or anticipated. To those that have listened over the years… I appreciate you more than words can say and I hope that it’s blessed you somehow. With love - B.

Los Angeles–based composer and pianist Brian Hargrove delivered a powerful, immersive live experience live at @thesunrosemusic ✨️ blending jazz, chamber music, and cinematic textures into deeply expressive soundscapes and original compositions.

Joined by a string quartet, harp, and a dynamic rhythm section, the evening moved fluidly between intimacy, improvisation, and sweeping ensemble moments.
