We need to talk about this brilliant Filipino restaurant in Coleshill...

Just 20 minutes from Birmingham, tucked away in Coleshill, is Piraso - a family-run Filipino restaurant
run by John and Roelyn, who have just celebrated their first anniversary, Piraso serves authentic Filipino dishes including Lumpia (Filipino spring rolls), Beef Pares, Pinoy Chicken Curry and Crispy Liempo.

The food is full of love, packed with flavour, and incredible value too - £25 for two courses or £32 for three (and trust me, upgrading to the sharing starter platter is the right decision) They don't shout about it on social media - they let the food do all the talking and I blooming love that!

This is exactly the kind of independent restaurant I love discovering. The sort of place that deserves to be on everyones radar! A full review is coming soon, but until then, all I'll say is this - Piraso is quietly doing something really special, and I genuinely hope more people discover it because John and Roelyn have created something worthy of every bit of success that comes their way.

Not every day you get invited to Hell's Kitchen...and meet Gordon Ramsay! 🔥👨‍🍳

We had the pleasure of attending the @hellskitchen launch event at @cumberlandhotellondon where we enjoyed incredible food, signature cocktails, and a behind-the-scenes look at one of the Londons newest dining experiences!

The highlight of the evening? Meeting Gordon Ramsay himself! 🤩 While we didn't quite capture the moment on camera, it's one that'll be forever imprinted in my memory 😂 Such a cool down to earth guy! From the dishes we sampled, the food was absolutely delicious, and it's definitely left us wanting to come back to explore more of the menu and experience the restaurant properly.

A huge thank you to the team at Hell's Kitchen and everyone involved for such a fantastic evening and warm hospitality. @wcommslondon - thank you for the invite.

Save this West Midlands day out before it's gone! 🐶

Betty and I headed over to Tamworth
to explore the Staffy Trail and it's such a lovely way to spend a few hours. The trail takes you around the town centre to discover beautifully decorated Staffordshire Bull Terrier sculptures, giving you the perfect excuse to explore Tamworth. Download the app, input the codes you find on the statues to win freebies!

The trail itself is free to take part in, but ends on 17th July with the Big Staffy Walk at Weston Park on 18 July Or you need to do is download the Staffy app! You can also participate in this trail in Stafford and Stoke too!
