Huge thanks to @itstiagoferreira for capturing these vibes and to @udancesocialset for giving us this amazing opportunity! 🫶

If only one person gets to speak, is it really a conversation? 👀

LEADERS
Don’t fill every moment with movement. Soften your frame sometimes, create space.

Listen and adapt to your partner’s timing,
body response and musicality.

FOLLOWERS
Your frame is your voice, too!

An active, responsive frame communicates your intentions and can signal that you want to influence the movement or explore a different direction or timing.

🫱🏾‍🫲🏻 Leading and following are shared responsibilities. Both partners can initiate, adapt and inspire.

Leave space.
Stay connected.
Share the creativity.
