Bachata Jack & Jill is always a bit unpredictable. You can come prepared, but not everything is in your hands. And let's be real, we all want to win! 😁
But honestly, what a rush! Dancing alongside you guys was an absolute blast. So much adrenaline, joy, and amazing energy! ❤️
There's something about competing that makes you feel truly ALIVE!
And the best part? No matter how good you get, every Jack & Jill shows you something new to work on.
That's what keeps us coming back for more! 🔥

💃 LEADERSHIP THROUGH DANCE: THE POWER OF NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION 🕺

📅 Date: Thursday, 12th November
🕖 Time: 7:00–8:00 PM
📍 Location: PTW Palace, Rua Gomes Freire 98
💸 Price: FREE!
🔗 Registration Link: https://luma.com/9ifnf5ev (Check Miguel&Nora BIO to get your ticket)

✨ What if you could become a better leader without saying a single word?

The moment you walk into a room, people are already reading you: your posture, your energy, and the confidence you project.
In partner dance, there are no words. The leader communicates through body language, and the follower reads the signals and responds in real time. The same principles apply to leadership, teamwork, and business.

🎯 What you'll learn:

🧍 Posture & presence: Discover how the way you stand and hold space influences how others respond to you.
⚡ Energy projection: Learn to set the tone and adapt your energy to the person in front of you.
🤝 Leading & following: Understand when to take initiative, when to listen, and how to move naturally between the two.

🔥 Come move, connect, and lead

If only one person gets to speak, is it really a conversation? 👀

LEADERS
Don’t fill every moment with movement. Soften your frame sometimes, create space.

Listen and adapt to your partner’s timing,
body response and musicality.

FOLLOWERS
Your frame is your voice, too!

An active, responsive frame communicates your intentions and can signal that you want to influence the movement or explore a different direction or timing.

🫱🏾‍🫲🏻 Leading and following are shared responsibilities. Both partners can initiate, adapt and inspire.

Leave space.
Stay connected.
Share the creativity.
