As for everything we are constantly working on it & improving it. Lately we changed our black bread recipe for a softer texture & more complex taste. Took us 3 months of hard work & a million tests to get where we wanted 😅

🇫🇷 KB Coffee Roasters x 13 Anemones Coffee at Villager - Crazy Coffee Lands in Brooklyn 🤘

We are excited to share our first collaboration with KB Coffee Roasters in France, a team that always makes our tastebuds go wild every time we stop by 🫨

We’ll be taking over the bar at @villager_ny , a community driven multi-roaster coffee shop in Brooklyn, to share beautiful coffees curated by KB for New Yorkers.

This coffee lineup is comprised of 3 different pour overs including coffee from Yunnan in China, a Nestor Lasso Typica Mejorado and a Bourbon Aji from Jonathan Gasca.

Probably THE thing that made us all fall for it.
Back in 2018 when we discovered the space & considered it for KBII. The absolute rawness of the space, looking like the last standing walls of a destroyed city was mind blowing & super inspiring. At the time this ceiling wasn't opened to the sky yet but we had the vision of what it could bring to the overall experience of the space. We didn't know then it would become a key element of the overall experience of the place. 8 years later. Enjoying it everyday. Spark in the dark. Covered terrasse. Kick of vitamin D. We have been working with XOCO'S chocolates for many years now for our pastries & hot drinks 🔥🔥🔥

What a good match for us quintessentially atypical coffee company 🤪🤘🏼

We found the only guys who are working single cacao varietals. Creating there own. Designed for lightly roasted chocolate. Crafting thus a unique taste with each varietal. Naturally fruity, nutty, floral. Just like we do with our coffees. Single origin & mostly single varietal lightly roasted gems. Perfect match 🙏 taken in BACK IN BLACK by @backinblackcoffee

We are super famous for CRAZY COFFEES 🤪🤘🏼Mainly you'd think filter roast & hand brews here. Yet coffee shops are absolutely crazy about our spros🔥🔥🔥

Very few roasteries display the level of selection and diversity of single origin espressos that we do.
Gotta be crazy to do that. No blend. Light roast. Filter roast used as spros. Fruity coffees for espressos with milk. Cofermented spros. You name it. Mad house 🏆😂 taken in BACK IN BLACK by @backinblackcoffee
