I built a record label by accident. 🧭 Compass A&R & Distribution is officially open — and it's exactly what it sounds like. The same hands-on, deeply personal process you know from 1:1 Vocal Coaching to Compass, now extended all the way through your release. Here's what we do: A&R — Once your era is defined, I'm in the room with you. Vetting the right producers, managers, lawyers, marketers. Building the team around your vision, not the other way around. Refining, remembering, and elevating your brand at every step. Distribution — Boutique. Limited. We choose together. This isn't a pipeline, it's a partnership. A small roster of artists we believe in fully, released with real intention. You don't have to have done Compass to work with us. You just have to be ready — clear on who you are, serious about how you want to come out into the world, and open to having the right people in your corner. It honestly feels “like a dream” to announce that we got the opportunity to creatively produce the 40th anniversary album for Jem and the Holograms! What’s even more “truly outrageous” is that we assembled a fully female production team to support the original Jem herself, Britta Phillips. The first single just dropped and was produced by the wonderful Rachel K Collier who truly honored the past while bringing something completely new & fresh to the song.
