From NYC to Dallas, from Badera Eats to Badera’s Table, and now UTO. Who would’ve thought?! 🌶️

It’s been years of ideas, trial and error, a little self-doubt (okay, a lot 😂), and figuring things out as I go. But seeing Badera slowly grow into everything I’ve envisioned has been something else.

And somehow, our October dinner is officially SOLD OUT! Still can’t believe that one. The fact that people are buying seats at our table is crazy to me. 🥹

So, we’re making things a little more official! baderaeats.com is coming together. The full website is still in the works, but our guest site is LIVE!

We’re also working on UTO, our upcoming pantry line, so you can bring a little Badera into your own kitchen.

Link in bio to explore the guest site, have a look around, and sign up for Vol. III on November 27th, our second Thanksgiving weekend dinner. Private dining inquiries are welcome too!

Plenty more to come. Thank you for growing with Badera! 🤍 by @baderaeats

Some of these meals were made on busy days, some on chill days, some when I was trying something new, and some that reminded me why I love cooking in the first place.

Looking through these photos feels like flipping through a little food diary, and I’m so grateful you’ve been part of the journey. ❤️

Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you just found this page, thank you for cheering me on, ordering, sharing my work, and making this community feel like home.

Now tell me… which of these dishes would you happily eat all over again? I’m waiting in the comments. 🍽️ taken in Dallas, Texas by @baderaeats

Just looking back at all my old BaderaEats stuff from like 10 years ago and I realized I’ve never actually shared how Badera Eats started.

So today, I’m finally sharing it the beginning, the passion, the messy parts, everything that made it what it is 🤍

GIZDO TACOS 🌮- 5 years since I made my first gizdo taco, and it’s come a long way. This version starts with a tortilla fried in my house-made sweet palm oil sauce, a jalapeño cream base, slow-cooked gizzards in a Calabrian chili pepper sauce, finished with microgreens and pickled onions.
Spicy, creamy, crispy and whewwww flavors. by @baderaeats

I hosted an 8-course supper club for 14 people in my home… and it genuinely meant more to me than I expected. Cooking has always been my love language, but creating an entire experience…the table, the menu, the pairings, the flow of the night felt like stepping into a version of myself I’ve quietly been growing into.

And I won’t lie guys… I did it SCARED.
It took putting on my big-girl pants, planning every detail, and being just delulu enough to believe I could pull this off.My friends were the real backbone of this night….the push, the confidence boost, the support, and the love that carried the whole thing. I am sooooo grateful for my village.

Thank you to everyone who came, trusted me, and made the room feel so full. Who’s ready for our next seating?❤️

Thai Shrimp Red Curry 🍤🦐- I’m always down for a quick dinner—as long as it looks and tastes like I put in work. Started by searing Tiger shrimp in duck fat, then built a rich curry with garlic, ginger, AUTHENTIC & TRADITIONAL (not thai kitchen pls lol) Thai red curry paste, seafood stock, fish sauce, and coconut cream. Topped with chopped basil and scallions and voila 😉 by @baderaeats

Shrimp Yaki Udon — I love me some noodles.
Lo mein, spaghetti, yaki udon… anything pasta or noodle-related? Sign me up.

My personal favorite is yaki udon. I know udon noodles can be a hit or miss — especially if you’re not into thick, chewy noodles — but I’m all in.

For this one, I started by velveting the shrimp (I never skip that step — it makes the protein so much better). Sautéed my veggies in sesame oil, tossed in the shrimp, added the noodles, then hit it with my homemade brown sauce. That’s it.

Super easy and always comes through for a quick dinner.Recipe breakdown on my story soon. by @baderaeats

So let’s into our first plate of the year - Lamb chops, roasted potatoes, and a peppercorn sauce I’d put on everything if I could. I kept this one really simple for a dinner some nights ago. Kept the lamb seasoning simple (salt, pepper), boiled the potatoes for a few minutes before roasting them and of course used the lamb drippings to make the pepper corn sauce. I’ll do a simple recipe breakdown on my story 🤩. Do we like? taken in Dallas, Texas by @baderaeats

Hi friends,

I can’t believe it’s been almost 4 years since my last post. Not sure where to even begin, but… I’m here.

I’ve always had a very interesting relationship with food. My love for cooking (and eating) is so tied to my state of mind — and over the past few years, a lot has changed. I moved to a new city after living in New York for 10 years. I started a new job. I cooked, then I didn’t. Life has been happening fast, and it took a while to find my rhythm again.

But even when I wasn’t posting, I was still finding small ways to stay connected to food — cooking for friends, putting together spreads, and trying new things when I had the energy. Everything you see in this little photo dump was made by me, including that grazing table.

Thanks for sticking around. I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share more again.

Let’s get back to it🌶️ by @baderaeats
