Hello everyone and happy Friday!

As some of you know, we are located in Florida and there is currently a hurricane headed straight for us. We have closed down our studio and prepped it as best we can for a stormy weekend.

Just so everyone is aware, we will not be answering customer emails today or over the weekend. Our family and our staff are prioritizing our homes and families.

We’re planning on being back in on Monday but depending on power outages, that might not be the case.

If you have an unfulfilled order with us: Expect delays and email us at contact@badsheepyarn.com if you would like to cancel and get a refund. We get it. No hard feelings. We will process that as soon as we’re able to get to our emails again.

After we start shipping again: expect delays and a potential of packages getting lost in the mail. There will probably be a back up in the mail. That just happens and we are old hands when it comes to locating lost packages and we always replace things that get lost in the mail. Again, send us an email if you’re suspicious that this has happened. We help with that kind of thing all the time.

Thank you all so much keeping us and our team in your thoughts. We’ll keep you updated but for now, logging off!

A little bad weather update from the Bad Sheep Yarn Studio! We've got a hurricane headed straight for us and we're all preparing for all the things that come with that.
Orders are going to be delayed until we're all back in the studio safe and sound and any releases we had planned for this week are postponed until next week.
Email communication will also be delayed, as our staff and Alex and I focus on taking care of ourselves.

Tonight we are still doing our usual yarn pairing Live at 7pm Central and then I'm logging off for a couple of days. :)
Other than that, we're planning on being back into work slinging yarn as soon as possible! Thank you all for your patience and to all our neighbors prepping or evacuating, stay safe! by @badsheepyarn
