Couple of weeks ago I decided to cycle 100km in one ride, I took it easy and was expecting a long day out in the saddle it was going to be a solo adventure to push my limits and free my mind, reached the end of Fish-Hoek and met William, renting a bike, a helmet and some spares - proving you don’t need the best gear to get started.

The conversation kicked off and we didn’t stop chatting for a further 60km. Lovely to meet you William, thanks for the great company 🫡 see you at the @ctcycletour by @baked_by_robert

2 new croissants this week 👇

Sweet 🥐- Pistachio raspberry & white chocolate croissant - signature croissant, raspberry compote, pistachio frangipani, white choc drizzle and crushed pistachios

Savoury 🌶🥐 - Gochujang Croissant bun - Hand-laminated croissant dough, slathered in sticky-sweet, savoury, spicy sauce baked & basted in more sauce.

Some regular favourites are still on the menu and can be added to any order.
