From the Caribbean to the world 🐆
The past few months have been CRAZY. 🌶️

One of the most beautiful surprises of my 2026 has been starting my journey at @rostudiosworld
I walked in as a strong #yogini full of creativity and funky flows, but completely new to the Megaformer… and mi amor, I found a new obsession. 🔥

These months have been all about learning, trial and error, pushing my limits, and discovering just how much my body and mind can adapt.
All while meeting the most wonderful people along the way, as always I’ve founding wonderful students and also new connections that today I can call friends ❤️‍🔥

And the best part? None of this was planned, like is INSANE how beautiful life can go when you surrender 🧘🏽‍♀️

Every time I achieve something big in a country that isn’t my own, I’m reminded of my roots, my culture, and the upbringing that brought me here.
Because no matter the method, I’ll always bring a little piece of home into everything I do! including those funky flows we love so much. 🌶️💃🏽

Forever grateful for this chapter, for the growth, and for the unexpected magic.

Three years ago, when I first arrived in Belgium, Satori was the first shala to open its doors to me, I was already teaching for a while but never in this country ~

Today, I stood in front of that same mirror and felt the sweetness of time!

My hair has grown, my practice has grown, and somewhere along the way, so have I 🦋

But what moved me most was looking at all of you and realizing that you’ve grown too.
Three years later, you’re still here!
Still practicing.
Still showing up.
Still choosing the mat, no matter what life brings ✨

There’s something deeply beautiful about witnessing each other change, while somehow remaining connected through the same practice.

Today, I felt grateful. Soft. Full.

And very, very happy to be here again 🤎

A grateful letter to grandpa!

I remember being a little girl, sitting with my sisters, going through the old photographs my mother still keeps at home.
So many faces, different clothes, different countries, people we didn’t know, yet somehow we knew they belonged to us.
We shared a bloodline, a story, a mystery.

Both sides of my family carry stories of mixed roots, distant lands and unanswered questions.

My grandfather, my Jeddi 🤎 left me the clues I needed to find my way back to mine.

After so many years of travelling, always wondering why I am the way I am, why I feel so deeply drawn to distant places and to the unknown, I finally understood.

Last winter, I followed that feeling all the way to Morocco and there, beneath the desert sky, I looked up at the stars and saw memories🦋

I felt the presence of those who came before me, and suddenly those old photographs made sense; The strange clothes, the unfamiliar faces! they were nomads 😭🤎 Amazigh people, free souls of North Africa who followed the wind, their instincts and their own longing for somewhere beyond the horizon.

That was when I understood that this ancient Amazigh lineage was a part of the story I had been searching for all along.

Perhaps the reason I have always felt pulled towards distant lands, movement and freedom is because it was never something I invented.
It was something I inherited. 🦋🦋

I didn’t begin these journeys. I am only continuing the path they left behind and perhaps those who come after me will continue it too.

What a beautiful madness, Grandpa, that you chose a boat and somehow ended up in Venezuela 🇻🇪

I wonder what you would think of all your descendants now.

Te amo! I carry your footsteps, your restless spirit, and the wind of those who came before me. 🦋🪐✨

I’m in love! ~
A piece of #poetry that I write during @colibrispirit.festival 🦋🌞🌺

After a season of surrender, I felt called to become a student again. 🤍

I still teach yoga, but less often, choosing to keep my classes for special moments.

Right now, I’m deeply enjoying being on the other side of the mat ~ learning, sweating, receiving, and discovering so many new layers of this beautiful practice.

🌞Svādhyāya is the study of the self!

Maybe this is my practice right now:

To soften, to listen, and to fall in love with the path all over and over again 🌺🪐✨
