Apparently I had to cross an ocean to finally share this one… 🌎

Sometime ago, my dear Venezuelan friend @balaenaflows introduced me to this beautiful piece called Tambor Hasta Que Se Rompa El Cuero 🇻🇪

And now, here I am, having just arrived in Brazil for the very first time playing the piece in Saõ Paulo 🇧🇷

I’ve played this one on some festivals over the summer but maybe I had to come all the way to this side of the world to let it out here!

So here’s my little love letter to South America ✨

Touch. Breathe. Soften. Reconnect. Be.

What if your hands could become a doorway back to yourself?

In this gentle workshop, we invite you to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with your body through meditation and self-massage for the hands.

Our hands are constantly doing, holding, creating and caring. This is a moment to simply pause and receive.

Through mindful touch, soothing techniques and moments of stillness, you’ll discover how something as simple as touching your own hands can help you release tension, quiet the mind and cultivate presence.

✨ A moment for yourself.
✨ A practice in conscious touch.
✨ A gentle return to your body.

to love is my favorite way to be alive ꩜

nunca he sido de volver,
pero el amor;
