LIL AND SOPH…

Lil and Soph are your qualified Mat Pilates instructors bringing you fun, energetic and perfectly challenging beachside Pilates sessions.

Lily and Soph hold not only their Mat Pilates qualifications, but also a degree in Exercise and Sports Science each. The pair pride themselves on their extensive knowledge of human anatomy, their experience with injury management and exercise modifications, and any other health conditions that may mean a participant requires additional support throughout their session.

Lil and Soph don’t take things too seriously and want to help people experience Pilates that is for everyone- the chicks, our dads, your boyfriends and girlfriends, your brothers-mothers-lovers etc etc you get the gist…

Each session is guaranteed to be followed by an ocean dip and a coffee - everybody’s favourite 🌟🌟
