Good times were had in my downtown space! Like the time I brought up an 18 inch 1000W subwoofer for New year’s Eve! 😆 And every time I had group appointments with aunts and sisters and moms and couples sessions! 🎉 And bringing my daughter to work with me so she can be influenced to become the second generation of Balance Skin Studio. 👧 But as the saying goes, “all good things must come to an end.”

However, what will not come to an end is creating a memorable lasting feeling in any space I occupy. It’s important for me to upgrade to as much natural materials as possible in my profession.

🌹Aroma therpy to include all the senses.
🪴Living plants that produce oxygen never plastic plants just for decor.
🌿Natural fibers in my bedding, towels and throws, polyester will never touch your skin in my treatment room!
💡Lighting from traditional incandescent bulbs, no florescent light allowed!
🎶No commercials ever, Theta Waves & Classical Only
💧I’m currently thinking of incorporating a structured or copper water vessel to optimize the state of drinking water too!

Balance Skin Studio is dedicated to creating a wholesome full spectrum wellness space for a true luxury experience!

Well Life Yoga is GROWING, and I’m so excited to celebrate the opening of our SECOND location inside @thesharedmatcollective!

Join me Wednesday, August 19 from 6 to 7 PM for our GRAND OPENING + RIBBON CUTTING with the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Come see the new space, connect with our community, enjoy some amazing local businesses, and celebrate this next chapter with me. ✨

We’ll have:

After the ribbon cutting, I’ll also be leading a FREE 25-minute demo of MIDWEEK RESET, the curated yoga experience I’ll be teaching every Wednesday at 6 PM at The Shared Mat Collective.

We’ll start with warming yoga to get your body moving, then slow down with stretchy, relaxing yoga to release tension. We’ll finish with guided visualization and restorative sound to help quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.

A little EFFORT. A little EASE. The goal is to leave feeling more open, grounded, calm, and balanced. 💛

The demo is LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE. You do not need yoga experience and you do not have to be flexible. Just come willing to try something that might make you feel really good.

Some of the reasons I enjoy events so much are because they’re interactive, educational, and deeply relational 🤍✨

Getting to connect hands-on with students at this high school health fair was such a meaningful experience. I love creating spaces where education meets connection — sharing healthy skin practices, teaching simple ways to care for your skin, and helping others understand how skincare can also support overall wellness.

What makes this work even more special to me is how closely skin health connects to nervous system support via calming touch, soothing acupressure points, and facial massages. I get to introduce small moments of relaxation and grounding that support both skin and body wellness.

There’s something powerful about helping people feel cared for, informed, and calm all at once 💆🏽‍♀️✨
