I have something really special to invite you to. 💛

Well Life Yoga is GROWING, and I’m so excited to celebrate the opening of our SECOND location inside @thesharedmatcollective!

Join me Wednesday, August 19 from 6 to 7 PM for our GRAND OPENING + RIBBON CUTTING with the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Come see the new space, connect with our community, enjoy some amazing local businesses, and celebrate this next chapter with me. ✨

We’ll have:

• @teriyakimadness.visalia with healthy Asian-style bowls
• @rushbowlsvisalia with smoothies + bowls
• @mamadoughbreads Brittany, our local sourdough lady
• @balanceskinstudio
• @chronicmassage_bychristina_

After the ribbon cutting, I’ll also be leading a FREE 25-minute demo of MIDWEEK RESET, the curated yoga experience I’ll be teaching every Wednesday at 6 PM at The Shared Mat Collective.

We’ll start with warming yoga to get your body moving, then slow down with stretchy, relaxing yoga to release tension. We’ll finish with guided visualization and restorative sound to help quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.

A little EFFORT. A little EASE. The goal is to leave feeling more open, grounded, calm, and balanced. 💛

The demo is LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE. You do not need yoga experience and you do not have to be flexible. Just come willing to try something that might make you feel really good.

Click the LINK IN MY BIO to reserve your spot for the demo or comment YOGA below and I’ll send you the signup link.

You do NOT have to take the yoga class to come to the Grand Opening. Come enjoy the vendors, food, community, new space, and an evening centered around HEALTHY LIVING and trying something new.

📅 Wednesday, August 19
⏰ 6 to 7 PM
📍 @thesharedmatcollective

Come celebrate with me. Come connect. Come see what Well Life Yoga is growing into. ✨

WOW, Farmersville!
Tonight’s City Council meeting was one for the books.

We went live to cover the proposed Dignity Act, but before the vote, the Council held one of the most passionate and intense discussions we’ve witnessed.

The Council ultimately voted to support the proposed Dignity Act, federal legislation that, if enacted, would allow certain long-term undocumented individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements to apply for renewable work permits and continue contributing to their communities.

A Special City Council Meeting has now been called for Monday, July 20, at 6:00 PM, where the Council is expected to consider reorganizing its leadership.

📍 We encourage everyone in the Farmersville community to attend. No matter where you stand, showing up, staying informed, and participating in local government is how our communities grow stronger.

A special shout-out to Madam Mayor Tina Hernandez for leading through a difficult meeting with professionalism and composure. One message from our interview afterward stood out:

“Do your job… or someone else will.”

Whether you agreed with everything that was said tonight or not, this is local government in action and it’s worth watching.

🎥 Watch the full meeting, join us Monday, July 20 at 6:00 PM, and be part of the conversation.

Because regardless of where you stand, an informed community is a stronger community. ❤️
