The famous Blue October from @burntbeanco had us all scratching our heads, until we tried it! 😍
The unusual combination works so well but, seeing as brisket isn’t as popular in the UK, I tried it with beef ribs. by @bald_bbq_uk

Went to my local butcher’s for a chicken and came home with a bag full of beautiful meat and, the greatest mug I’ve ever seen!! @theclwydianbutcher creates these mugs and donates the proceeds to charity 👌🏼 by @bald_bbq_uk

5 star Texas style BBQ in North Wales!!
@little_eifi_ribs_and_bibs creates an epic feast of extremely tasty grub!
My favourite element?? VERY TOUGH choice but, that banana pudding is like crack 😍 it’s totally addictive.
We still have lots of leftovers, waiting for us to go in for round 2 😆 by @bald_bbq_uk

Really simple chicken tikka kebabs which pack a real punch! The flavour was complex and so good, my wife said it was the best dish I’ve cooked to date!!
Lots of positive feedback on the kebab spike stands from YouTube viewers too 😁 taken in Llangollen by @bald_bbq_uk

Can’t believe it’s been a week already!
I enjoy talking photos but I barely took any at @meatupfestival as I was just enjoying myself.

Currently decompressing from a great weekend at @meatupfestival and still trying to digest all the great food we experienced!
ALL vendors looked like they worked so hard, especially in the hot conditions!
