If you know me, you know I have a deep passion for people—especially when it comes to recognizing their value, giving them their flowers, and helping them grow. That passion is magnified when it comes to the youth.

Outside of the entertainment industry, one of my greatest loves has always been basketball. Now, we’ve found a way to blend both worlds—and we’re proud to introduce you to B.A.M!

B.A.M. (Basketball & Mentorship Academy) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering young people through the powerful combination of basketball and mentorship. We highlight the real-life lessons that sports can teach—discipline, leadership, resilience, and character.

At B.A.M., we offer expert-level basketball training paired with intentional, values-based mentorship. Our holistic approach goes beyond the court, focusing on self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and personal growth.

We also create transformative experiences—giving our youth access to professional resources, life-changing tours, and broader perspectives that spark curiosity and purpose.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to shape young leaders who thrive in every area of life, inspire those around them, and uplift their communities.

We always put the youth first—and we’d love for you to be part of this movement. Whether it’s by spreading the word, sharing a post, donating, or lending your time and resources, your support makes a difference.

Let’s build a culture of winners. 💪🏽🏀

Big thank you to our proud partners and collaborators at @bullpenla Bullpen HQ Trading Card Shop for continuing to show love to the B.A.M. Basketball & Mentorship Program!

Bullpen HQ generously provide fun sports and Pokémon cards to help us reward our young athletes who show effort, hard work, good character, and sportsmanship on and off the court. These cards are more than just collectibles, they’re a fun way to celebrate the habits, attitude, and leadership we want our kids to carry with them beyond the game.

At B.A.M., we believe in building confident kids through basketball, mentorship, teamwork, accountability, and positive community support. Partners like Bullpen HQ help us make those moments even more special by giving our players something exciting to earn, collect, and be proud of.

Week 1 🏀 THE LITTLE 3 LEAGUE × B.A.M. BASKETBALL

Big congratulations to our Sky Zone Los Angeles- Culver City @skyzone_losangelesculvercity VIP Jump Pass Players of the Game! 🎟️🔥

Shoutout to Justus Hall & Jackson Hinton representing the Elite Ballers Division, Sanai & Kylen representing the Future Legends Division, and Ayaan & Melo representing the Rising Stars Division!

These players stood out not just because of what they did on the court, but because of how they did it. They competed hard, showed effort, played with confidence, encouraged their teammates, respected the game, and carried themselves the right way.

That’s what B.A.M. Basketball & Mentorship x The Little 3 league @thelittle3league is all about.

At B.A.M., we believe basketball is bigger than buckets. Wins and highlights are great, but we also want our kids learning how to communicate, handle adversity, show sportsmanship, listen to coaching, lead by example, and keep a positive attitude even when the game gets tough.

That’s why we’re grateful to partner/collaborate with Sky Zone Los Angeles–Culver City in rewarding our players. Together, we want to celebrate the kids who bring energy, effort, character, and teamwork every time they step on the court.

The Sky Zone Los Angeles-Culver City VIP Jump Pass Player of the Game isn’t just about who scored the most points, it’s about recognizing young athletes who compete the right way and represent high character while doing so.

Proud of all our Week 1 honorees. Keep working, keep growing, and keep setting the tone. 💪🏾✊🏾🏀

Every hooper knows it. The second a ball touches your hands, it has to have that touch, you know. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s something you feel. And it has to have that quality feel. The kind of quality you can feel in every pass, dribble, and shot. It’s that feel that just says it all.

That’s @badensports

That’s why we’re proud to announce our collaboration with Baden Sports!🔥
B.A.M. Basketball x Baden Sports 🏀🤝🏀

JUSTUS HALL | POINT GUARD 👑

Justus Hall brings a strong combination of pace, ball handling, shooting, and basketball IQ to the LA City Kings™ backcourt. He plays under control, changes speeds well, and uses his handle to create space and get to his spots.

Justus can create opportunities for himself while keeping his teammates involved. His ability to knock down the three-ball adds another dimension to his game and forces defenses to respect him on the perimeter. What stands out is his IQ, he reads the floor, understands when to attack, and makes smart decisions with the basketball.

A skilled, composed guard with plenty of upside, Justus Hall is officially a City King. 👑🏀
