During the chaos of Covid @woolworths_sa partnered with @chefscottparker and @ict.official to aid in the recruiting and training of culinary staff to not only aid with job creation, but to also support communities that were feeling the effects of the pandemic. We were honored to document the process as @woolworths_sa turned the rooftop of their headquarters in Cape Town into a vegetable garden where @chefscottparker and his team of recruits could grow and source fresh produce for the meals they prepared to share with the disenfranchised communities. We'll done to all involved and special praise to @tonealexander and his team who worked tirelessly to turn a rooftop into a gardening oasis by @bantukings
