Manchester Half Marathon 2:03:24
Didn’t put the training distance in for that so I was fading at 11miles and just managed to shuffle for the last 2 miles.
Support along the route was incredible and of course running with these beauties makes it worth the aching hips ❤️🫶 @all_ranks_run_club

Erg Games Summer 26 - completed it mate (just about)✔️

As a girlie that just likes to solo sesh, this was way out of my comfort zone but the absolute babes pushed us to get it done 😍

AND served as a good reminder that you are capable of more than you give yourself credit for 💪

Huge shoutout to Kyle for putting on a top event today. 👏

If you’re in the 0161 and after a gym with proper community vibes, good people and zero egos, get yourself down to KLA Fit 🫶🏻

Also massive shout out to my mum who proper showed me up but I literally couldn’t be prouder 🥹✨ by @barb_white1

Teacher became the student today… 👩‍🎓💅🏼

Your posterior chain is all the muscles down the back of your body:
🍑 Glutes
🦵🏼 Hamstrings
💪🏼 Lower back

Why train it?
✨ Builds the peach.
✨ Improves posture.
✨ Makes you stronger in and out of the gym.
✨ Helps support your lower back.

Today’s workout:
🍑 Hamstring curls
🍑 Glute-focused leg press
🍑 Hyperextensions
🍑 Glute med kickbacks (my mic gave up at this point… classic 🎤😂)

I don’t just want to show you exercises; I want you to understand what you’re training and why. That’s how you build confidence in the gym. 💛

Big up Mama Bear for being today’s student. 🫶🏻

Running was such a big part of my childhood but I completely fell out of love with it in my 20s.

The main thing that’s got me into loving it again is running with other people. 🧡
No judgement, someone to keep you going, and a little push when you’ve got nothing left ( said in Gemma Collins Style 💁‍♀️)

Once you’ve got that built up, running on your ones isn’t as daunting!

For me, it’s less about the cardio and more about clearing my head and escaping the social media noise.

Set yourself a tiny running goal this week; even if it’s run/walk. I promise you’ll finish feeling buzzin’. ✨

Big shoutout to All Ranks Running Club. If you’re around Salford, get invovlved. Proper babes. 🫶🏻🤝🏼 taken in City of Salford by @barb_white1
