Menopause, muscles & my morning supplement collection! 💊💪💕

These are my personal top 5 supplements. Creatine is my favourite for supporting muscle strength, while the others are part of my routine for bones, joints and general wellbeing.

Now, I’m not suggesting we can pop a few pills and magically turn back the clock. If only! 🤣 And the evidence is stronger for some supplements than others.

But I’m a big believer in making small, informed choices that help us look after ourselves as we get older.

We’re not getting younger, ladies, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get stronger! 💪🩷

What’s in your supplement cupboard? I’d love to know!

Love Barb 💕

Just sharing my personal routine, not medical advice. Always check whether supplements are suitable for you, particularly if you take medication.

🩷 Does this sound familiar?

You’ve thought about joining a gym, maybe even got as far as the car park… but something stopped you.

The fear of being judged, not knowing what to do, or feeling like you just don’t belong.

We want you to know you’re not alone. 🩷

That’s exactly why we created Gym Confidence Club. To help women take those first steps, at their own pace, with someone by their side.

No pressure. No judgement. Just support, encouragement and a little confidence, one step at a time. 💪

💕 If you know someone who might relate to this, please share it with them. It might be just the encouragement they need.

Your gym buddy until you don’t need one. 🩷

Want to go to the gym… but your brain says NOPE? 😳

“Everyone will know I’m new.”
“What if I use something wrong?”
“I’ll go when I’m fitter…” 🙈

Sound familiar?

You’re exactly who Gym Confidence Club was created for. 💗

We know that walking into a gym can feel intimidating — especially if you don’t know where to start, how the equipment works, or simply feel like everyone else knows what they’re doing.

Friendly, practical support to help you build confidence, feel like you belong and eventually walk through those gym doors without needing us.

We want you to know that Gym Confidence Club really does come from the heart 💗
We aren’t PTs, we’re qualified gym instructors who prefer to be known as Confidence Coaches.
We’re creating something welcoming, supportive and most importantly fun - because finding your confidence shouldn’t feel like another thing you have to get ‘right’.
Our community workshops will be encouraging with plenty of laughs and zero judgement. Just women supporting women, figuring it out together and getting more confident along the way.
We can’t wait to bring Gym Confidence Club to life 💫

A little dedication to Dolly Parton — a woman who proves that kindness, courage and staying true to yourself can inspire generations. 💕✨
