Baking pizza for you in fall 2026…

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dust, grind, and a whole lot of vision coming to life.

What started as an old boat garage is turning into something we’ve poured everything into—piece by piece, day by day. This is the beginning of Barchino.

From the foundation to the fire… we’re just getting started. 🍕🔥

The search for pizza inspiration never stops. 🍕 Our team took a trip into Manhattan to taste, explore, and get inspired by the spots doing something different. From unique flavors to the little details that make each place stand out, we’re gathering ideas and seeing what might make its way into Barchino.

The goal? Experience what's there, make something of our own, and bring every unique aspect back to the tables at Barchino.

This is just the beginning… Part two coming soon. 👀 by @barchinojc
