Any time I work with a small business to help them find a new space, I always share some helpful resources that they can use for FREE in New Jersey. Here are my top 5:

1. New Jersey Business Action Center (NJBAC)- The first stop for small businesses. They provide regulatory assistance, site selection services, technical training and more!

2. New Jersey Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC)- Functions as prepaid small business coaches that can assist with everything from marketing and business plans to financial projections, free to businesses.

3. New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA)- The economic engine of the state of New Jersey. They have over 60 programs including grants, loans, tax credit programs.

4. Latin American Economic Development Association (LAEDA)- LAEDA is South Jersey non-profit econoic development organization that provides technical assistance, training prgrams, financing and more.

5. Community Financial Development Institutions (CDFIs)- CDFI’s are non-profit lending institutions that provide affordable financing options, technical assistance and more to small businesses.

If you are looking for a new location for your business and some great resources, DM me for more information and assistance!

@exercisecoach_cherryhill had a grand re-opening a couple weeks ago! They were some of my best clients with a unique business model that caters strength training to the more season generation. They were my model clients that trusted me with walking them through this process to find a new location. Plus, they were anle to secure some state grants along the way to help with their lease! Thank you! If you're looking for a new or your next location, reach out and let me guide you through the process to find and secure your next business home!

First commercial listing in the books! S/o to @thee.mediagirl_ for the visuals and her direction. Commercial real estate is an amazing space to be in. To all my residential agents and business owners, make sure that you reach out if you have any commercial real estate needs in New Jersey and PA.
