No more heart murmurs still for Luna. Heart size is a tad smaller. She may just have an enlarged heart. No issues as of now but something for us to be aware of. Vet wants the HW test end of January. Still waiting on 💩 analysis results, will call them tomorrow. She is getting closer to being officially ours!!

Luna is truly coming into her own lately. The seniors are passing on their caretaker duties to her and she is taking it all in stride. She loves taking care of her dog and cat siblings, as well as us. Luna shows so much adoration to them all, and I love watching every moment of it.

Yoyo, our high needs cat needs a bath about once a month (severe CH) and Luna requires a once over to make sure she is good 😊

Since all our dogs are local, maybe you’ve met one of these deserving pups at the shelter, took them for a walk, or laid in the sunshine with them just to give them some peace and quiet away from the noisy shelter. Many of you saw them wait patiently, and some sadly slowly deteriorate due to the stress of living in a kennel environment. Thanks to the volunteers and shelters who advocated for these dogs and saw their true potential, they are safe, loved, and either comfortably living out their days snuggled on a couch, or daydreaming of a furever one 🤞 Only Thor is still waiting for a foster or adopter hero to bust him out of boarding (please share his squish face! https://www.facebook.com/share/17GpmJoAfu/?mibextid=wwXIfr)
