🐾 THAT’S A WRAP ON BARKFEST! 🐾

What a weekend. 🥹🐶💕

We’re still taking it all in and feeling SO grateful for everyone who helped make BarkFest what it is. To our incredible Presenting Sponsor, VetStrategy, + our other fabulous Sponsors, Partners, Vendors, Attendees, Rescue and Advocacy Organizations, Staff and Volunteers, Venue, + of course all the cute doggies, THANK YOU! 🫶🏻

This weekend wasn’t just about celebrating our love for dogs. It was about coming together to support the incredible rescue and advocacy organizations who work tirelessly to make a difference for animals in our community. 🐾💕

We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up, participated, donated and helped us raise money to support these incredible organizations and the important work they do. Your support will make a real difference, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we accomplished together.

Thank you for helping bring BarkFest The Ultimutt Dog Party to life. We hope you and your pups had just as much fun as we did!

Until next year… 🐶💕 taken in Winnipeg, Manitoba by @barkfestmb

The costumes. The cuteness. The tail wags. The serious fashion.

We had so much fun sponsoring this year’s Halloween Dog Fashion Show at Barkfest 2026! From spooky to silly and everything in between, these pups absolutely understood the assignment.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the weekend so much fun!.

✨ Which costume was your favourite?! 👇

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by my booth this past weekend! I loved seeing all your pets, and it was an honour to illustrate so many! I will share these illustrations as part of a story highlight at some point. I did not get very many photos at the actual event, so if you have any of my table, the illustrations I did, or of me working, please send them by dm or email! I'll include any illustrations in that story highlight.

A special thank you to everyone who makes @barkfestmb possible. It's a huge undertaking to pull off such an event, and I couldn't be more grateful to be a part of it once again. Thank you!

If you signed up for a holiday commission, I will be reaching out in the next week or so! I still have a few spots, so send me a message if that's something that you're interested in. I also have a couple fun things planned here on Instagram over the next few months.

Thank you for all the support,

💕 Heidi by @barkfestmb

If you spot your dog, tag them in the comments! (If they have their own account)

Thank you to all the humans who let me snap a few photos of their pups, and to all the dog models who made BarkFest even more fun🤎

🐕🐩🐕‍🦺

Thank you so much to everyone who came by and said hello! 🙌🏻

I loved being part of such a big festival for dogs! Everything was all about our lovely dogs, and I absolutely loved it! 🐶💗 @barkfestmb

I’m so happy I got to meet some new faces in person, see some of my old customers again, and meet so many wonderful vendors too! 🐶✨

And I hope you could understand my English. It’s slowly getting better! 😂💗 My brain was definitely not working very well after staying up all night making dog pastries. I just wanted everything to be as fresh as possible for you guys! 🐶🍪🫖

Thank you for all the support and for making our little dog bakery day so special. 🐾🎂🍪

And especially, thank you to my husband for turning all my crazy ideas into reality — the booth, the shelves, everything! 🥹💗 Thank you for always supporting every idea I have, even when we barely had enough time to make it happen. 🤓🛠️

🚨 BARKFEST PENALTY REPORT 🏒🐾

The refs were BUSY this weekend. 😂
Ruffing. Treat interference. Illegal zoomies. Unsportsmanlike cuteness.

Some showed remorse.
Most would absolutely do it again. 😂

Thanks to all the offenders who stopped by the Winnipeg Jets Dogs Penalty Box! 🏒🐶 taken in Winnipeg, Manitoba by @barkfestmb

Barkfest: The Ultimate Dog Party! What a blast!

We at Dumbledogs K9 Performance and Behaviour Center had such a great day hanging out with so many amazing dogs and their people! It was so nice catching up with familiar faces, seeing old friends and meeting lots of new pups along the way.

We really do have such an awesome dog community here, and days like this are a good reminder of just how lucky we are to be part of it.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi, chatted with us and shared some dog love. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to do it again!

Winnipeg/Manitoba dog lovers… you did it again! 🐾🤎

BarkFest was absolutely AMAZING, and I’m so incredibly thankful for every single one of you for supporting local, stopping by my booth/ bringing your dogs to me so I could say hi + made this weekend so special 🥹

Thank you @barkfestmb for putting on such an amazing event year after year now!! There’s truly nothing better than a weekend filled with local businesses/ rescues, amazing people, friends, and SO many dogs! 🐾

And a very special thank you to my best friend Danni for helping me throughout the entire weekend.. I couldn’t have done it without you!!

I also loved seeing all of my favourite vendor friends again and meeting so many new ones! It’s one of my favourite parts of doing these markets. I also had the best neighbours @k9advocacymanitoba who had the cutest puppies right across from my booth (look at the pics of pups who are available for adoption)

BarkFest, you really are the best market ever. I already can’t wait for next year!!🐾🤎

But most importantly I’m SO thankful for ROCCO. Without him, none of this would be what it is today. The Rocco Collection, the friendships, the rescue support, the dogs I get to meet, + all of these incredible moments all started because of him.

I miss you every day, Rocco, and I’m so grateful that your love continues to create so much good 🐾🤎

Thank you, Winnipeg/Manitoba dog lovers, for showing up and showing so much love 🫶🏼🥹 taken in Red River Exhibition Park by @barkfestmb
