💗My favourite part of the Yoga Face training with @annelise_hagen was learning all about facial massage. I’ve done it religiously since the training and it has become such an important part of my bedtime skin care routine. I love using an oil with rose & neroli essential oils (I make my own now) and taking the time to appreciate my skin. You can use a gua sha or fingertips to do the massage….and be intuitive!

Tips:
• lift and brace core
• slow down to feel the glute engagement
• spice things up by lifting off the floor
• treat yourself to a little scorpion stretch at the end!

🌺The most beautiful place I’ve ever been. So happy to have been able to share it with the kids - what was meant to be a 20th anniversary trip was made more special with them. 💗

And so many animals! Sea turtles, tiny lizards, luckily no shark sightings 🦈😱. The coolest (and most patient) surf instructor ever - thanks Connor!
