Instructors, save this short box oblique series❤️‍🔥

✦ Side bend hold + salute tap
✦ Hands to head side bend
✦ Side bend + rotation
✦ Rotate + arm reach
✦ Hold the twist, just reach

Keep the hips stacked and the legs long, and lift from the waist, not the neck. Each move builds on the last, so the burn adds up 🔥

Fewer reps. More control. No momentum to hide behind ❤️‍🔥

It took me years to learn this one…

Longevity in this industry is built outside the studio.

Save this for your next big teaching week ❤️‍🔥

sidelying reformer flow for that deep side glute burn 🔥

✦ knee circles, both ways
✦ fire hydrant (+ hold for extra spice 🌶️)
✦ extend → kick back to table
✦ strap to arch: hydrant → press (rotate toe + knee up to go further)
✦ press
✦ side sweep: point forward, flex back
✦ rolling beat | @willem_trax 🎶

save it for your next session ❤️‍🔥

Save this for glutes that actually switch on ✦

If you never feel your glutes working, this one’s for you. This side-lying series goes deep into the side glute, the muscle that keeps your hips stable and takes pressure off your lower back. The static hold is where the real burn kicks in 🔥

All you need is a resistance band🫶🏾

Try this:

✦ Hip circles x10
✦ Fire hydrants x10
✦ Fire hydrant hold x10 sec
✦ Fire hydrant into leg extension x10
✦ Leg extension with knee tap x10

Repeat on the other side.

Part 2 of the lunge series on the box, as promised ❤️‍🔥
Pick up right where we left off and build it up to a full plank. Save this one for your next class plan.

Long box | Kneeling lunge + hinge

+ knee lift

Full range lunge to progressIon

Full plank + long stretch + push up by @base.series

Save this for your next class plan. One spring means minimal spring changes, and it still brings the heat. Next post I’ll add the rest of the flow❤️‍🔥
