Wynn is here!

Born at home on July 3rd at 8:40 am.

The summer days are slow with this little squish. Constantly wondering, “Who will you be?” The transition from one to two littles is not for the weak. It’s okay to struggle. We are all transitioning. We are a family of 4 now. It’s beautiful and chaotic. I’m going to savor every moment.

Despite the intentional mental and physical preparation I undertook during my pregnancy to anticipate labor and postpartum, I firmly adhere to the philosophy of having no expectations. I never imagined waking up to labor for 1.5 hours (seriously wtf? lol) and catching my own baby with my two hands. It was an incredible experience. Bishop keeps telling everyone I’m a gangster lol
