Better late then never 🤣 Here’s my favourites from @icnnewzealand South Island champs

Although the end goal of competing at a national level was cut short this year, I’m glad I was able to listen to my body and not push into hating the journey

This experience and the preparation that went into it has taught me so much about myself and how I can help others through their own fitness journey

Huge thanks to the support crew @shannbfitness @coachjoelene @theworkshopfitnesscentre and my friends and family who had my back leading into this and putting up with me, you guys are the real MVPs

What the future holds is still a mystery but for now back to the basics and enjoyment of life and the things that are important by @bayleysm1th

CITY IMPACT CHRISTIAN MEN’S FORUM

Strength. Unity. Brotherhood. Faith.

This is what we’re all about.

Just a bunch of men getting together, enjoying God’s incredible creation, having a laugh, building genuine friendships and changing the perception of what it means to be a Christian man.

Before I came to faith, I had my own idea of what a “Christian man” looked like. It wasn’t until I actually met strong Christian men and began to understand what it means to follow the teachings of Jesus that my perception completely changed.

Following Christ doesn’t make men weaker. It creates a brotherhood where we can be strong enough to be honest with one another. Where we can communicate openly, share the highs and lows of life, carry one another’s burdens, hold each other accountable and celebrate the good times together.

No pretending. No walking through life alone. Just men doing life alongside other men, with Christ at the centre.

And sometimes, that looks like a bunch of lads taking 4x4s into the mountains, getting covered in mud and enjoying everything our Father created for us.

We’ve got so much more coming up with the Men’s Forum, and everyone is welcome.

Christian or non-Christian, if you’re a man looking for genuine brotherhood, community and fellowship, feel free to reach out and come along.

$Well well well @hedge_fest 2026 sure was eventful 🤣 small mistake led to big consequences unfortunately this year! Been recovering the last 5 weeks and am progressing very well considering Under rotated a flip on a jump ive done plenty on KO for 5+ minutes, 9 hours memory loss, broken rib, unknown cyst on my kidney burst, sprain/minor fracture in right wrist, left ankle sprain and buggered left knee. Sure was a big one, but looking forward to getting back on the bike and back to the usual routine Cheers to everyone who’s reached out and who helped on the day taken in Hedge Fest by @bayleysm1th$
